On-Line Youth Protection Training!!

We have on-line Youth Protection Certification. This training generally takes less than an hour to complete, and is equivalent to the Youth Protection Class offered by the Ventura County Council. Youth Protection Training must be renewed every five years.

If you are a registered leader in Ventura County Council, pass the test at the end, and submit the membership form after the test. After you have submitted your information, the Ventura County Council will E-Mail a completion certificate to you.

Please Note: If you do not receive a certificate within two weeks of taking and passing the test, please email the Youth Protection Team Member, Judi Lee, your name and test date.

The Boy Scouts of America has created a number of resources for use in training both youth and adults. Please download and print these booklets for your unit leadership and parents. Then encourage them to take this training just for their own knowledge.
