The Team Committee Challenge training for Varsity Team committees has been developed to help team committee members better understand their roles and responsibilities. Through hands-on experiential learning, this training will also enable Team committee members to better deliver the promise in support of the Team, Team Coach and Scouts.

This training is best when delivered to all members of the Team committee at once; is should also include the Team Coach, and if possible, assistant Coach.

The mission of the Team Committee Challenge training is to help each Team committee work together to improve the Scouting experience for adult and youth members.

Team committee training consists of the Team Committee Challenge, which can be completed in three hours. After its completion a Team committee chairman or Team committee member is considered trained.

Prerequisites: Varsity Team Fast Start Video.
Materials Needed: Pen and notebook.
